সরকারি প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ের সহকারী শিক্ষক নিয়োগের লিখিত পরীক্ষার সংশোধিত সময়সূচি প্রকাশ করেছে প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা অধিদফতর। বৃহস্পতিবার প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা অধিদফতরের এক সংবাদ বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে প্রকাশিত এই সংশোধিত সূচি অনুযায়ী প্রথম দুই ধাপের পরীক্ষার তারিখ অপরিবর্তিত রয়েছে। ফলে প্রথম ধাপের পরীক্ষা ২৪ মে এবং দ্বিতীয় ধাপের পরীক্ষা ৩১ মে নেওয়া হবে।
তবে তৃতীয় ধাপের পরীক্ষার তারিখ ১৪ জুনের পরিবর্তে ২১ জুন এবং চতুর্থ ধাপের পরীক্ষা ২১ জুনের পরিবর্তে ২৮ জুন নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে।

---------- বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে জানানো হয়, তিন পার্বত্য জেলা বাদে ৬১ জেলায় সর্বমোট ১৩ হাজার পদের বিপরীতে ২৪ লাখ ১ হাজার ৯১৯ প্রার্থী এ পরীক্ষায় অংশ নেবেন। এর আগে চলতি মাসের ১৭ তারিখ থেকে এই পরীক্ষা শুরুর কথা থাকলে ও ওই দিন জাতীয় বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের পরীক্ষা থাকায় এ নিয়োগ পরীক্ষা পিছিয়ে দেওয়া হয়। আগের সিদ্ধান্ত অনুযায়ী, ২৪ মে, ৩১ মে, ১৪ জুন এবং ২১ জুন সকাল ১০টায় প্রাথমিকের শিক্ষক নিয়োগ পরীক্ষা হওয়ার কথা ছিল।
উল্লেখ্য, সরকারি প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ে সহকারী শিক্ষক হিসেবে নিয়োগ পেতে ২০১৮ সালের পুরো অগাস্ট মাস জুড়ে অনলাইনে আবেদন করেছেন প্রায় ২৪ লাখ চাকরি প্রার্থী।
******এদিকে প্রাথমিকের শিক্ষক নিয়োগ পরীক্ষার প্রশ্ন ফাঁস ঠেকাতে বিগত কয়েক বছর ধরে পরীক্ষার দিন সকালে ডিজিটাল পদ্ধতিতে প্রশ্ন ছাপিয়ে পরীক্ষা নেওয়া হচ্ছে। লিখিত পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণদের মৌখিক পরীক্ষা নিয়ে চূড়ান্তভাবে নিয়োগের জন্য মনোনীত করা হবে।
Dutch-Bangla Bank HSC Scholarship Application published 2018
The Bank has given scholarships to the deserving students from huge applications following a set of criteria such as the applicant's academic results, financial capability, physical conditions etc. Around 90% of the scholarships have been given to the rural students and 50% to the female students.
Dutch-Bangla Bank has been awarding scholarships to meritorious students in need of financial aid studying at higher secondary, graduation & post graduation levels. In continuation of this program applications are invited for DBBL scholarships from meritorious students in need of financial aid who passed H.S.C./equivalent examinations in 2018 and meet the following requirements:
Academic level H.S.C./equivalent examinations Minimum CGPA (Without 4th subject), for all Groups
College/Institutions situated in city corporation areas GPA- 4.80
College/Institutions situated outside city corporation/in rural areas GPA-4.50

শিগগির ক্যাডার ও নন-ক্যাডার পদে বড় নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি
ঘোষণা করতে যাচ্ছে সরকারি কর্ম কমিশন (পিএসসি)। দু’একদিনের মধ্যেই মাধ্যমিক
বিদ্যালয়ের সহকারী শিক্ষকের প্রায় দেড় হাজার শূন্য পদের নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি জারি করা হচ্ছে।
দুই হাজার ক্যাডার পদে নিয়োগ দিতে আগামী সেপ্টেম্বরে আসছে ৪০তম সাধারণ বিসিএসের ঘোষণা।
প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ে ২০ হাজার শিক্ষক নিয়োগের কার্যক্রম প্রায় চূড়ান্ত। এছাড়াও
বিভিন্ন সরকারি কলেজের সাধারণ শিক্ষা ক্যাডারের জন্য ৪১তম বিসিএসকে বিশেষ বিসিএস
হিসেবে ঘোষণা করা হতে পারে
জানতে চাইলে পিএসসির
চেয়ারম্যান ড. মোহাম্মদ সাদিক বলেন, শতভাগ স্বচ্ছতার সঙ্গে দ্রুত সময়ের মধ্যে
পিএসসি পরীক্ষা কার্যক্রম সম্পন্ন করছে। আমাদের মূল্য লক্ষ্য প্রজাতন্ত্রে সবচেয়ে
যোগ্য ও মেধাবীদের নিয়োগের জন্য সুপারিশ করা। সেই লক্ষ্যে অবিরাম পরিশ্রম করে
যাচ্ছে কমিশনের সদস্য, কর্মকর্তা-কর্মচারীসহ সংশ্লিষ্টরা। চলমান ৩৭তম বিসিএসের
নন-ক্যাডার, ৩৮তম বিসিএসের লিখিত ও ৩৯তম বিসিএসের পাশাপাশি সামনে বেশকিছু নিয়োগ
বিজ্ঞপ্তির ঘোষণা আসছে বলে জানান তিনি।
পিএসসির সংশ্লিষ্টদের
মতে, কমিশনের বিভিন্ন পরীক্ষার দীর্ঘসূত্রতা শূন্য নামিয়ে দ্রুত সময়ের মধ্যে ফলাফল
প্রকাশ করা হচ্ছে। প্রতি বছরেই একটি করে বিসিএস পরীক্ষা সম্পন্ন করার নজিরও সৃষ্টি
করা হয়েছে। তবে পিএসসি দ্রুত সময়ের মধ্যে পরীক্ষা কার্যক্রম সম্পন্ন করলেও গেজেট
প্রকাশে বিলম্বের কারণে উত্তীর্ণ পরীক্ষার্থীদের চাকুরিতে যোগদান করতে দেরি হচ্ছে।
এর দায় কোনোক্রমেই পিএসসির নয় বরং তা সংশ্লিষ্ট মন্ত্রণালয়ের।
মাধ্যমিক বিদ্যালয়ের
সহকারী শিক্ষকের দেড় হাজার শূন্য পদের জন্য বৃহস্পতিবারের মধ্যে বিজ্ঞপ্তি জারি
করা হচ্ছে। দ্বিতীয় শ্রেণির নন-ক্যাডার এই পদে বিজ্ঞপ্তি জারির সব প্রস্তুতি প্রায়
শেষপর্যায়ে বলে জানিয়েছেন পরীক্ষা নিয়ন্ত্রক (ক্যাডার) আ ই ম নেছার উদ্দীন আহমদ।
তিনি বলেন, আশা করছি আগামী ২০ সেপ্টেম্বরের মধ্যে ৪০তম বিসিএসের বিজ্ঞপ্তি জারি
করা সম্ভব হবে। জনপ্রশাসন মন্ত্রণালয় থেকে এই বিসিএসের জন্য প্রায় দুই হাজার
ক্যাডার নিয়োগ দেয়ার চাহিদা পেয়েছে কমিশন।
পিএসসি সূত্রে জানা
গেছে, দুই হাজার ক্যাডার পদের মধ্যে প্রশাসন ক্যাডারে ২০০, পুলিশে ৭৫, পররাষ্ট্রে
২৫, ইকোনমিক ক্যাডারে ৪৫, কর ক্যাডারে ২৪, অডিটে ২২, শিক্ষায় দুই শতাধিক, আনসারে
১২ জন রয়েছে। দীর্ঘদিন পর কাস্টমস ক্যাডারে ৩২ ক্যাডার নেয়ার সুপারিশ করেছে মন্ত্রণালয়।
এছাড়া ক্যাডার কর্মকর্তাদের চাহিদাও রয়েছে।
গত ঈদের আগে ৩৭তম
বিসিএসের চূড়ান্ত ফলাফল প্রকাশিত হয়। এখন নন-ক্যাডার পদে পর্যাপ্ত নিয়োগের শূন্য
পদের তালিকা চেয়ে সুপারিশের জন্য বিভিন্ন মন্ত্রণালয় ও অধিদপ্তরে চিঠি দিয়েছে
পিএসসির চেয়ারম্যান ও সচিব। আগামী ২০ আগস্টের মধ্যে শূন্য তালিকা পাঠানোর জন্য
সংশ্লিষ্টদের কাছে পত্রে উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে।
প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ের
প্রধান শিক্ষকের শূন্য থাকা ২০ হাজার পদের তালিকা দ্রুত পিএসসিতে পাঠানোর জন্য
চেয়ারম্যান নিজে মন্ত্রণালয়ের সচিবের সাথে কথা বলেন। এছাড়াও শিক্ষা ক্যাডারে শূন্য
পদের ও নির্বাচন কমিশনের উপজেলা কর্মকর্তার শূন্য পদের তালিকা পাঠানোর জন্য
সংশ্লিষ্ট সচিবালয়ের সচিবদের সঙ্গেও কথা বলেছেন পিএসসির চেয়ারম্যান।

সহকারী শিক্ষক (রাজস্ব) নিয়োগের লিখিত পরীক্ষা ২০১৪-এর ফলাফল প্রকাশ।
আজ রোববার সরকারি প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ে রাজস্ব খাতভুক্ত ‘সহকারী শিক্ষক নিয়োগ-২০১৪’ এর লিখিত পরীক্ষার ফল প্রকাশ করা হয়েছে। এতে উত্তীর্ণ হয়েছেন ২৯ হাজার ৫৫৫ জন প্রার্থী। জেলা প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা কার্যালয়ে উত্তীর্ণ প্রার্থীদের রোল নম্বরের তালিকা পাঠানো হয়েছে, যা নোটিশ বোর্ডে প্রদর্শন করা হবে। এ ছাড়া প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা অধিদপ্তরের ওয়েবসাইটে (www.dpe.gov.bd) লিখিত পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ প্রার্থীদের রোল নম্বর পাওয়া যাবে। গত ২০ এপ্রিল থেকে শুরু হয়ে চারধাপে এ পরীক্ষা অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। লিখিত পরীক্ষায় মোট ৬ লাখ ১৬ হাজার ৬৪ জন পরীক্ষার্থী অংশগ্রহণ করেন। এইদিকে প্রাথমিক ও গণশিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয়ের এক বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে জানানো হয়, উত্তীর্ণ প্রার্থীরা অনলাইনে আবেদনের আপলোডকৃত ছবি, আবেদনের কপি, লিখিত পরীক্ষার প্রবেশপত্র, নাগরিকত্ব সনদসহ বিভিন্ন কোটায় অংশগ্রহণকারীদের সনদ ও অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্রের অনুলিপি কমপক্ষে নবম গ্রেডের গেজেটেড কর্মকর্তার মাধ্যমে সত্যায়িত করে ১৮ জুলাইয়ের মধ্যে নিজ জেলায় জেলা প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা কার্যালয়ে জমা দিয়ে প্রাপ্তি স্বীকারপত্র সংগ্রহ করতে হবে। এসব সনদ ও প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্রের সত্যায়িত ফটোকপি জমা দেওয়ার সময় মূলকপি জেলা প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা কর্মকর্তার কাছে প্রদর্শন করতে হবে। মৌখিক পরীক্ষা বোর্ডে প্রদর্শনের জন্য সব মূল সনদ, প্রাপ্তি স্বীকারপত্র ও অন্যান্য কাগজপত্রের মূল কপি প্রার্থীকে সঙ্গে নিতে হবে। মৌখিক পরীক্ষার স্থান, তারিখ ও সময় যথাসময়ে প্রার্থীকে জেলা প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা কার্যালয় থেকে জানানো হবে এবং প্রার্থীদের অনুকুলে মৌখিক পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহনের জন্য কার্ড ইস্যু করা হবে।

সরকারি মাধ্যমিক বিদ্যালয়ে শিক্ষক সংকট নিরসনে প্রায় দেড় হাজার সহকারী শিক্ষক নিয়োগের বিজ্ঞপ্তি আসছে। এছাড়া ৪২৩ জন সহকারী প্রধান শিক্ষক-শিক্ষিকাকে পদোন্নতি দেয়া হবে। পদোন্নতিপ্রাপ্তদের মধ্য থেকে একটি অংশকে সহকারী জেলা শিক্ষা কর্মকর্তা পদে পদায়ন করা হবে। এ লক্ষ্যে শিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয় প্রয়োজনীয় প্রস্তুতি সম্পন্ন করেছে। কয়েকদিনের মধ্যে এ সংক্রান্ত পৃথক দুটি ফাইল যাচ্ছে সরকারি কর্মকমিশনে (পিএসসি)। সংশ্লিষ্ট সূত্রে এসব তথ্য জানা গেছে।দেশে বর্তমানে ৩৪৩টি সরকারি মাধ্যমিক বিদ্যালয় রয়েছে। এসব বিদ্যালয়ে বাংলা-ইংরেজিসহ মোট ১২টি বিষয়ের শিক্ষকের এক হাজার ৩৭৮টি পদ খালি রয়েছে। এছাড়া ৪২৩ জন সহকারী শিক্ষককে পদোন্নতি দেয়া হলে তাদের শূন্য পদও আসন্ন বিজ্ঞপ্তির মাধ্যমে পূরণ করা হবে। সেই হিসাবে ১৮০০ এর বেশি সহকারী শিক্ষক নিয়োগ দেয়া হচ্ছে। এ প্রসঙ্গে মাধ্যমিক ও উচ্চ শিক্ষা অধিদফতরের (মাউশি) পরিচালক (মাধ্যমিক) অধ্যাপক ড. আবদুল মান্নান বলেন, সরকারি হাইস্কুলগুলোতে বর্তমানে দুই হাজার ২৬৩টি পদ খালি রয়েছে। এর মধ্যে ৩৫ ও ৩৬তম বিসিএসে ৯৬০টি পদ পূরণের উদ্যোগ নেয়া হয়েছে। ওইসব পদ পূরণ হলেও আরও এক হাজার ৩৭৮টি পদ শূন্য থাকছে। শিক্ষামন্ত্রী শিগগিরই শিক্ষক সংকট নিরসন করতে চান। এজন্য বিশেষ বিজ্ঞপ্তির মাধ্যমে শূন্যপদ পূরণে তিনি নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন। শিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয় ও মাউশি সূত্র জানায়, বিসিএস থেকে ক্যাডারে সুপারিশবঞ্চিত কিন্তু উত্তীর্ণদের মধ্য থেকে সরকারি হাইস্কুলে নিয়োগের উদ্যোগ ছিল। কিন্তু চাহিদার তুলনায় এক্ষেত্রে সরবরাহ খুবই কম। বিসিএসে লিখিত পরীক্ষায় পাস নম্বর ৫০। সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে এ পরিমাণ নম্বর পাওয়া প্রার্থী পাওয়া যাচ্ছে না। ৩৬তম বিসিএসে বাংলায় ৯৪ জনের চাহিদা দেয়া হলেও পাওয়া গেছে মাত্র চারজন। আবার অনেকে সুপারিশ পেয়েও যোগদান করছেন না। ৩৪তম বিসিএসে যে কয়জনকে সুপারিশ করেছিল পিএসসি, তাদের মধ্যে অর্ধেক যোগদান করেছেন। সরকার যে গতিতে শূন্য পদ পূরণ করতে চায় নানা কারণে সেই গতিতে তা পূরণ করা সম্ভব হচ্ছে না। এ কারণে বিশেষ বিজ্ঞপ্তির সিদ্ধান্ত নেয়া হয়েছে। শিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয়ের এক কর্মকর্তা জানান, সম্প্রতি এক বৈঠকে বিশেষ বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে শিক্ষক নিয়োগের সিদ্ধান্ত হয়। এরপর মন্ত্রণালয় থেকে পিএসসির নীতিনির্ধারকদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করা হয়। জবাবে পিএসসি ইতিবাচক সায় দিয়েছে। এরপর মন্ত্রণালয় থেকে মাউশিতে শূন্যপদ পূরণে প্রস্তাব চাওয়া হয়। এরই পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে ১০ এপ্রিল একটি প্রস্তাবনা পাঠানো হয়। প্রস্তাবনায় ১২টি বিষয়ে এক হাজার ৩৭৮টি শিক্ষকের পদ শূন্য থাকার কথা উল্লেখ করা হয়। বিষয়গুলো হল- বাংলা, ইংরেজি, গণিত, সামাজিক বিজ্ঞান, ভৌতবিজ্ঞান, জীববিজ্ঞান, ব্যবসায় শিক্ষা, ভূগোল, চারু ও কারুকলা, শারীরিক শিক্ষা, ইসলাম ধর্ম ও কৃষি শিক্ষা। এগুলোর মধ্যে সবচেয়ে বেশি পদ খালি আছে বাংলা, ইংরেজি ও গণিতে যথাক্রমে ৩৬৩, ৩৬৩ ও ২৭২টি। জানা গেছে, শিক্ষক শূন্যতার কারণে স্কুলগুলোর বেহাল দশা। সবচেয়ে বেশি সংকট ঢাকার বাইরের স্কুলে। যেমন রাজবাড়ী সরকারি বালিকা উচ্চ বিদ্যালয়ে দুই শিফটে মোট শিক্ষক থাকার কথা ৫০ জন। কিন্তু আছেন মাত্র ২৭ জন। পটুয়াখালী সরকারি জুবিলি উচ্চ বিদ্যালয়ের ১১টি সহকারী শিক্ষকের পদ শূন্য। ঢাকায়ও অনেক স্কুলে পদ খালি আছে। তেজগাঁও এলাকার একটি স্কুলে ৫০টি পদের মধ্যে ৬টি খালি আছে। শিক্ষক সংকটে স্কুলগুলোতে জোড়াতালি পাঠদান চালিয়ে নেয়া হচ্ছে। শিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয়ের একজন উপসচিব জানান, মামলা ও উদ্যোগের অভাবে আট বছর ধরে সরকারি মাধ্যমিক বিদ্যালয়ের সহকারী শিক্ষকদের পদোন্নতি হচ্ছে না। এবার ৪২৩ জনকে সহকারী প্রধান শিক্ষক পদে পদোন্নতির উদ্যোগ নেয়া হয়েছে। মাউশির একটি সূত্র জানায়, সহকারী শিক্ষক থেকে সহকারী প্রধান শিক্ষক পদে পদোন্নতির জন্য শিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয় সম্প্রতি পদ সৃষ্টি করেছে। কিন্তু মামলা, গ্রেডেশন সমস্যা, বিএড শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতার জটিলতাসহ বিভিন্ন কারণে পদোন্নতি দেয়া হচ্ছে না। এ ব্যাপারেও উদ্যোগ নেয়া হবে বলে জানা গেছে। সূত্র:--- যুগান্তর

In the 35 and 36th BCS, steps have been taken to fill 960 posts. In those terms, there are still a total of 378 posts. Education Minister wants to solve the crisis soon. Ministry of Education and Mausi sources said, the cadre was unskilled at the BCS and the initiative was taken to appoint government high school students.
